Since 2004, we have thoroughly modernised our reinforcing department and it has now been centralized in a new construction hall.

The reinforcing steel is delivered in large coils, weighing approximately 2 tons, and it is assembled by an automatic cutting and bending machine.

This cutting and bending machine has a wire capacity up to 12 mm and makes it possible to fold and cut two links simultaneously. Changing the wire only takes a couple of minutes and the computer is able to save 500 different link types in its library.

A computerized welding machine is connected to the cutting & bending machine.

The assembly of half-automatically produced parts into a complete reinforcing element with additional parts, such as additional reinforcing, butt straps, handling hooks etc, is carried out by a team of qualified welders.
