Casting facility

The concrete batching and mixing plant, with a fully automated mixer of 1 m³, needs approximately 3 minutes to mix and discharge the mixture in the remotely controlled hopper. In the mean time, the dosage of the various granulates and concrete for the next mixture is arranged by an automated supply plant. The moisture level of the mixture is checked automatically and water is added by a computer-aided system.

The concrete is compacted mechanically on casting stands with high-frequency vibration motors. Self-compacting concrete is used for delicate panels, for example for bricks.
