Loveld offers clients the following contract options:
- Delivery of prefab concrete elements: This is a clear supply contract, whereby Loveld is committed to the production and delivery of façade or structural concrete elements. The design of the precast units is also included in most cases.
- Shell Package: In many projects, the façade elements are bearing walls and clients often need a company that can deliver the bearing façade and can design, deliver and build the remaining structural elements. Loveld has developed the “shell package” to meet this demand, wherein a fully prefabricated structure including façade is offered.
- Façade package: Further, analogous to the “shell package”, there is a demand for completely closed and finished façades. This is why Loveld has developed the “Façade package”, where apart from precast façade elements, also waterproofing, insulation, fire barriers etc. are included and the windows are installed in the factory, complete with glass.
