Finishing

Each panel is finished after demoulding. This includes, first of all deburring and activities directly relating to the surface finish, which are described separately.

Loveld also offers the options, depending on the design and the contract, to apply, for example self-designed rubber sealing strips, EPDM slabs, have windows installed, apply mastic joints for natural stone and windows, traditional jointing of brick panels… Our goal is to deliver a panel to the building site that has been finished as completely as possible. The main benefit of this is that the work at the building site is reduced to a minimum. As from January 2010, we have an entirely new hall especially designed for installing windows into concrete panels under the best conditions.
