3 Merchant Square

3 Merchant Square consists out of 2 residential buildings and is the first part to be completed of the Merchant Square Masterplan. Loveld produced, assembled and supplied to site the GRC cladding for this project. The GRC panels were installed by our client Permasteelisa together with the curtain wall cladding. A large number of GRC column panels are free standing in front of bedrooms or terraces, providing shelter and are thus visible on 4 sides. Some of these columns contain an off-site installed integrated rainwater system for the drainage of the terraces. With this prestigious project Loveld relaunched itself on the GRC market.
